I had to go out of town for two weeks and this was perfect. You need to read the directions and very easy to use.

Finally, a timer that is simple to use and less than $40. So many have become so complex to program with 3 or 4 schedules - who needs that with a simple garden hose timer? I just wanted one that runs a number of minutes every day and just works, and this one has been working well all summer.

The Orbit 91213 One-Dial Garden Hose Digital Water Timer is an excellent product. It is very easy to program which was a huge plus for me! I used it to water my plants while on vacation and it worked beautifully. I think it is the best timer on the market.

I finally found a garden hose battery operated timer that seems to be good and will last a few years. The trouble was that Home Depo and all the hardware stores were out. I ordered two of them through Amazon.com, the price was right and I got them in a short amount of time. Very simple to use, not like other types that are so difficult to program and change settings. The only thing I noticed it seem to restrict water pressure a bit and if your running a sprinkler drip system from it there is less water pressure coming from it. If your just running one hose to one sprinkler it should be fine.

I have been wanting one of these for years. I finally purchased one 2 summers ago after pouring over reviews for months. My expectation was that the Nelson 1865 might last a season or two, during which I would gain personal experience sufficient to invest in something more durable. I am now pleasantly surprised. The major sign of wear is some fading to the yellow paint due to sun exposure. I don't put it away often enough. Otherwise, no mechanical failures. It has been great fun to just watch or play with on a hot day when needing to cool down. It is frankly mesmerizing and relaxing after a complicated day at work. The large wheels have no difficulty on low or high speed moving smoothly through grass that is at least 3-4 inches in length. I typically choose the slow speed for a deeper soaking and water once or twice a week. Most of the time it navigates well over a coupling used to repair the hose. On rare occasions if the hose-coupling protrudes too much it trips the shut-off value. The sprinkler has only failed to stop once with the included brake. However, I will admit it has had some spectacular crashes when the operator forgot to set the brake ramp (a separate plastic component that is included). In one of these crashes it attempted to crawl up the side of the plastic rain-gutter extension piece in my back yard. The crash resulted in a roll over with one sprinkler arm projected straight up and the resultant spray travelling over 25-30 feet upward in the air and arcing more than 30 feet forward over my steeply sloped side lawn. An amazed young boy attending a party next door spotted a beautiful descending stream of water pouring along the side my house from far overhead, complete with a full spectrum rainbow. Of course, he couldn't see the tractor "wreck" in my backyard. With an utterly incredulous look on his face, he came over to ask whether my house had exploded and was leaking or whether it really was raining from just one hole in the sky!!! Occasionally the sprinkler arms need to be tightened. Even without such crashes, they typically require repositioning on nearly every use. The reason is that its spring-loaded shut-off valve is located below the main body. It stays closed once it has been triggered by the brake until all water pressure is out of the feeder line, or the hose has been disconnected. Thus the act of reopening the spring valve generally requires that I turn the sprinkler on its side. The valve can be cranky. So the process is a mild annoyance. This situation might be improved by putting in an extention to the hose attachment leaving my hand a little more room to manuever next to the body of the tractor. I guess I have not been bothered enough to worry about it. Overall. I feel like I indulged a childhood pleasure to purchase it. No regrets. There are clearly numerous creative opportunities for special effects and light shows. Thus far, after nearly 2 seasons I don't see any need for a replacement.

This is an excellent product and works trouble free. Repair parts are readily available should they be needed.

1 is way too many stars for this product. The main unit is cast metal and weighs perhaps 20#. The gears are light weight plastic and have a life expectancy of about 50 hours. That comes to $1 per hour cost of operation. Of course, there is no warranty. I understand they used to have metal gears and would last a lifetime. But alas, now they are made in China (in spite of what the catalog sheet says) and are junk. I wouldn't bother to try to use it, if someone gave me one - much less buy it!

This is a great sprinkler if you're just needing to put a small amount of water down. The most it can put down in one pass is 1/2" of water. It is typically better to water deeply vs. just get the top part of the soil wet, which this seems to do. My grass is very thick, so it takes more water to get down to the roots, but when it gets down there, it stays for awhile, because the soil is clay, and the grass is thick. It takes a certain amount of water to get the grass blades saturated enough to let the water begin soaking into the ground. When I only have a 1/2" of water to work with each time, it doesn't seem to get much into the soil, promoting a shallow root system. Other then that, this sprinkler is very easy to use. It's not very precise, but that didn't bother me much at all because I have a large lawn. Nelson's customer service is outstanding! They replaced the entire gear mechanism on it with only spending a few minutes on the phone.

I have 3 of these and have replaced the gearbox in all 3 and now all 3 are stripped out again. Won't buy another 1.

I have bought other timers like this before and cursed them every time I had to program them. This unit is a delight to use. Maybe the out fitting would be better if brass not plastic, but I strongly recommend this Orbit product.

This unit is easy to program and was the closest hose timer that resembled controllers on irrigation systems. You can set days to water, set the start times and duration of 4 individual watering times a day, manually override, delay 24hrs for days it rains... perfect. However, this unit will not be adequate if you have long runs where every little bit of water pressure counts. When open to water, it is restrictive and you will lose some water pressure. A shame really.

First product did not work, was replaced promptly. Since then has worked well. There is a serious programming glitch. The unit defaults to no days per week. Who in the world would program something to sprinkle no days per week. 99% of people will want to sprinkle every day or every other day. the unit should default to every day. I spent a lot of time tracking this glitch. Also, the outlet threads do not go far enough to the end. I had to grind the end to get some hose fittings on. Excellent warranty. Excellent support

I wanted a timer that did 2 separate functions this didn't seem to do that.

Used these for a month, it takes minutes to install and learn to use. The lid cover of the control panel is not water proof so some concerns on long term durability.

This is one of the best things you can get for your dental health. It should come standard with a shower. This is a breeze to install anyone can do it. The company behind it is wonderful. They stand behind this unit and really care about the customer. I got this one to replace another type i bought from amazon a year ago before i knew about the oral breeze. This one is so much better then the other one I got. The fan tips are very important the other one was a pinpoint(ouch). This one is also built so much better you can tell it will last a long time. It is a very important to take care of your teeth you will need them for you whole life I wish I knew about this device years ago. Get one You will not be sorry your family will thank you for it. Your smile will show how clean your teeth are, and you will be smiling.

I previously owned a water pik which died on me after 9 mos.. Iwas looking to replace it when I ran across the Shower Breeze. Sounded simple to use and the price was great. I love it! First of all it's easy to install,secondly there's nothing to charge and lastly there's no tank to refill. I highly reccomend to everyone. It's one of the greatest purchases I've ever made!

We bought this because our other waterpik went out. I thought I would try this since the water pik would always leave water all over the medicine cabinet and always made our bathroom look not clean. We have great water pressure, therefore, when you use this we had to turn the hose on barely instead of full force. It works great. My only problem is that only one nozzle works when we bought it. We called the 800 number and to find a friendly older man, who looked me up in the system, and sent me out new nozzles. I was on the phone for less than 3 minutes. great product(if you have great water pressure) and great customer service.

The showerbreeze is a great idea. It arrived quickly following my order online. The provided teflon tape was greatly appreciated saving the time to run to the local hardware store. The installation was completed in less than 5 minutes and resulted in "no leaks". The water stream was variable from gentle to hard by simply moving the knob on the adapter. This sure beats those units that connect to the bathroom sinks. Less mess and hassle! I highly recommend this product..

My husband was recommended purchasing an oral irrigator by his dentist. We found this particular product on Amazon; the price was right and it seemed fairly simple to use. Installed and ready in less than 30 minutes, it was good to go. The only thing I would add is that if your water pressure is low, it will not be quite as effective. I am using it, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would seriously recommend 'QuickBreeze' to anybody who wants to maintain good oral hygiene. It really makes your mouth feel clean and fresh, and you know it is helping prevent problems associated with gum disease. Great product.

Be sure to read the product description before purchasing this. You will probably need to purchase new tips to fit the handle that comes with the hose. I would purchase them from Goodman's- not from another picture listed with this item. They may not necessarily be the right ones. While I had an issue with Goodman's on this initially, they made it right and I applaud their concern for their customers!

I had no problem splicing the hose according to the instructions. I was surprised to find out, however, that the new handle did not accept the jet tips that came with my Waterpik. I had to order new ones -- "BRJ" tips. Amazon should advise customers ordering this hose repair kit about the need for the different tips, so that they can order them at the same time. The delay and extra shipping cost were irritating.

I had a totally different experience with this product. I simply removed the two screws on the bottom of my Water pik, took out the connector tip, pulled off the old hose, attached the new one, and put the screws back in. In less than three minutes my Water-pik was back to normal. I did use a pair of needles nose pliers to detach and re-attach the hose. So save yourself some $$$$ and get this when your Water-pik hose goes bad.

You are wasting your money on this repair kit. The hose breaks because it is brittle. It will eventually break at a point where you no longer can attach replacement hose at the unit or wand end. Thus - your WaterPik is ready for the trash can. Hmmm, is this by design. Has a "consumable" been built in to this great product? I think so. For this reason, I will buy no more WaterPiks. Surely, better design can come up with a hose formulation that does not become brittle.

The other two reviewers have it right on. This repair kit is essentially useless. Unfortunately you have to toss the old waterpik and buy a new one when the hose gets old and brittle.

The instructions that came with this sprayer did not make it clear how to assemble the sprayer head. My clever husband did eventually figure out how to assemble it and how to make it stop leaking around the spray control, but had trouble attaching the plumbing splitter tightly enough to keep it from leaking at the water source. The low-quality plumbing splitter broke while he was trying to tighten it and will have to be replaced. Also, the included hose for connecting the sprayer to the toilet is not long enough if the water source is on the opposite side of the toilet from where the water enters the toilet. We will probably replace the part that we broke and attempt to use it, but taking into account the disclaimer that came with this product that the life of the product may be shortened because of high water pressure, I'm not expecting it to last long. My advice: spend the extra [...] bucks and get a quality one that will last!

This sprayer is very poor quality and feels very cheap and leaked from the moment I got it. After ordering a set of replacement parts the second unit began to leak within a week. I ended up throwing it in the trash after the second try. I would highly discourage you from buying this product. The high scoring reviews also seem fake with duplicate posts appearing.

Had purchased a similar sprayer (more expensive) for one of my daughters & she loves it, so bot one (NOT the same sprayer)from this vendor & it never did work well...it leaked badly, fittings were broken...my son-in-law just went to hardware store & purchased parts so they could use it...too bad...won't purchase the "Bitet Ole" again! A waste of time & money.

I was so disappointed. I have had a bid ole for many years and whether this is a different manufacture or company what ever it is something is very different. The quality was poor the attachment pieces were cheap and non workable. After it had been attached for a short while the spray head blew off and the plastic cracked. The orginal I have had for over 8 years, this didn't last a month....

We used these with the 3 person Sling-shot. AMAZING. they are the perfect size...the only problem is they wouldn't break. They were a hit!

Summer is water bomb season. This is the best water bomb package I found, especially for the money. There are plenty of balloons for several water fights or other activities. The balloons are the perfect size for even children to use and get in on the fun . The hose end adapters are easy to use. My grandchildren (9 & 7) could easily fill the balloons. You still want to supervise them because if you overfill them they will get wet before the water fight even begins. I love that it came with 3 adapters. I have never seen that many come in a package before. It makes it fun for multiple people to fill or use one and save the other 2 for use when one "walks away". I would happily recommend this product to anyone.

How to entertain 30 children/tweens and teens at a family reunion and then 50 teens at a youth event was a problem easily solved with the water bomb kit. It is a great value for the money. The balloons are the perfect size for good old water fights or better yet download the FREE water bomb activity guide and you have 10 games to play. All the games are easily adapted for kids of any age. The guide is written in a clear, fun and easy to understand way. It comes in a small tube that is easily stored anywhere. There is a mesh bag that you soak to become a bomb tote. Two hose end adapters are also included. This is great for multiple people filling or save one to replace the other one if it gets lost. I give this toy 2 thumbs up and a high recommendation!

200 water balloons will provide much entertainment for the kids (and adults) on a hot summer day! The hose adapter is a convenient attachment and the mesh bag is an easy way to carry all the little balloons around. I haven't looked at the downloadable activity guide, but I'm sure it has some nice suggestions. In the meantime, the kids are having fun lobbing the water balloons at each other.

The reason I chosse this set was because of the bag and activity guide (which wasn't included in other sets I looked at). It proved to be the right choice. My sons (8 and 14) started out with a traditional water balloon fight and then did some of the other activities in the guide. Their favorites were the "Water Bomb Toss" and "In the Can". The guide is well written, easy to understand and the illustrations are great. The bag makes it easy to transport the filled balloons. It held about 20 balloons but anymore would make it too heavy for younger kids. A few of the balloons burst inside the bag but that might have been because the boys overfilled them. The kit comes packaged in a tube which I the boys used (after being reminded!) to put the broken balloons in once they were done. The activity guide has given me some great ideas for birthday parties. All in all this is a good kit at a great price!

Once again, plastic where metal should be. It required plumber's tape and pliers to eliminate leaks at both ends. It's as though 99% of manufacturers cheapen their products to the point they no longer do their intended jobs.

I purchase this filter with another use/function in mind. It will be used not to improved the "drinkablity" of a campside water source. It will be used to replace the mineral deposit filter in a home AC unit "misting" kit. The filter is necessary to prevent mineral buildup at the sprayheads and I needed a filter with "garden hose" fittings at a reasonable price. The Camco filter fills the specifications nicely and at less than the "Misting Kit" company's replacement filter. So I am good for several AC seasons with this filter as it is rated for longer service than the original unit.

Good Vendor, product arrived quickly, works well. I needed this overnight for a camping trip. It was delivered on Saturday.

This water filter works great! We carry one extra just in case we need it. We did not before and got a ton of sand in our gray water tank due to not have a filter on our water. This really protects your RV!

Have been using this system in RV past three years. Good filtration, relatively easy to install, initial price lower than other systems. Longevity appears to depend on quality of water supply, amount of water usage, and success in flushing the cartridge. For my wife and I, the cartridge water flow slows after about 40 days of actual use. Too bad the entire cartridge must be tossed at end of life. I wish the manufacturer would offer "cartridge only" as an option and reduce price since hose connection basically remains viable. This system may not be cost effective for full-timers.

i havent used this item yet but i am on my 4th camper. the biggest thing here to respond to is valterra is and always has been a good product but i am a recent starting user of amazon and have found that the price and quick shipping has been a plus so far and do not expect things to change.

I used an earlier version of this filter while living among the people in Korea for a full year for all my daily water needs. It never let me down. Never got sick. Never had a malfunction. No breakage. Nothing but a tired arm from pumping a gallon or so daily for my wife, year-old daughter, and myself. Later, it serviced my visiting in-laws, also at a rate of about three gallons a day (my MIL is a great cook). The silver impregnated filter never approached the point where the thickness gauge would have suggested replacement. I still have this filter and have used it since 1985 for outdoor trips and for civic emergencies, like when a hurricane knocked out city power for days. Water stopped flowing from taps. My K filter serviced lake water for several households for three days. Of course, given the threat of viruses, we used a treatment for that, but the greenish water from the local retention pond came out of the filter clear and odorless. No one got ill at all and we had all ages in the group.

Great product! Used it on the A.T. back in April when my son & I ran out of water. Found a small stream where we were camping & it worked like a charm. Would recommend all hikers using this product to keep extra coffee filters in the tote bag that comes with the filter. This keeps out the big nasty stuff. thanks Katadyn for a great product.

Excellent for anyone thinking of water filtration on the run. Very portable lightweight. Excellent choice for your bug out bag, earthquake, hurricane ... other emergency situation you may find yourself in.

We deferred buying this filter solely because of the initial price. There was always some 'other' gear we needed or that needed repairing before we could spend nearly $300. I have to admit, putting off the purchase was shear stupidity. I suffered the use of various tablets, potions, and low-end filters for years. I probably spent the cost of three Katadyn Pocket filters on those lesser methods. Or, I humped water, at 8 lbs/gal, and expended my savings in sweat and worrying about water conservation in remote, arid places. I have not yet used this device. But I cannot wait to do so. I took it apart according to the instructions and inspected it. Then, I did a shake-down run using household water. Nothing would be worse than failing to test a vital piece of equipment until it gets to the field for the first time! It functions well and is solidly built. But, it is also a pretty precision piece of gear and is not moron-proof. Drop the ceramic and it is toast. To avoid this, do not disassemble without taking care not to drop, damage, or lose the parts. But for any person comfortable with living under harsh conditions, the use and care of the filter will be a breeze. If I were to be hypercritical, I would say it is a bit heavy. But it is a whole lot lighter than a gallon of water. One area Katadyn could improve on is the carrying case. Although the filter is well-built, the case offers no protection in a fall or if a pack were dropped in an emergency. I purchased a padded water bottle carrier (Cheaper-Than-Dirt Item #MOLLE-741). While wrapping the filter in spare clothing would give protection, the case fits the filter well, is padded, AND has a nice exterior pocket in which to carry the accessories as well as a bottle of Polar-Pure, a charcoal after-filter, and extra charcoal. All of my water-processing gear is all in one place, saving me the trouble of digging around in the pack when water is short. I also carry a spare bite-valve for my hydration pack in the pouch. Do NOT be as foolish as I was. Do NOT put off buying this and mistakenly believe it is 'too much money' to spend on one item. It is worth the price.

The Katadyn Pocket Water Microfilters are simply the best such devices on the market. Period. I have purchased more than a dozen over the years for friends and family members to use in their emergency preparedness supplies. Simple, rugged, reliable, and beautifully made, these little filters are tops.

I love my Camlebak water bottle, but was concerned about cleaning out the small parts like the straw, bite valve and cap. The small wire brush is excellent at doing so. I usually clean the straw cap and valve with the brush and some soap, and then put them into the dishwasher to rinse. I found that it is hard to remove the soap from the bite valve so it helps to let the dishwasher do that. the bigger brush is also effective at cleaning inside the water bottle, but i never use it because i feel the dishwasher is effective at cleaning that on it's own.

Did the job well, I'd give it 5 stars if the long tube brush was a little wider so that it can scrub the sides a little harder.

So I'm a huge believer in camelbak hydration systems. I own 4 or 5 different camelbak bladders and 3 different packs. Anyway, I bought this kit to clean the bladders figuring that since it is made by camelbak, they would make the brush long enough to reach all the way down the entire length of the hose. Boy was I wrong! The small snake brush is not long enough to clean the entire length of the bladder hose!!! What the heck were they thinking? Its not even close. There is about a 5 to 6 inch section of the hose that cannot be cleaned unless you detach the hose from the bladder. If you own a camelbak, you know how difficult that is. So basically this kit is useless cuz you can't clean a section of the hose. If anyone knows where I can get a brush that is long enough, please let me know. I used to have this other kit made from hydraclean or something that I bought from REI, that one had a brush that is long enough...but I lost that brush when I moved and I can't seem to find that kit any more.

I bought this set for the skinny brush as well. I was so happy that it's long and flexible, except it's not long enough to fit down the entire tube of the camelbak! I don't want to detach the tube from the reservoir because that loosens the seal of the tube, so there's still about 5 inches that aren't clean in my tube. Now I can see a distinct line between where the tube is clean, and where it is still dirty. I'm rather disappointed they wouldn't make the brush long enough!!! I also wish they would sell the skinny brush by itself.

This was one of my best purchases ever! For anyone who has these bottles knows the bottles, straws and lids are not easily cleanable. This set makes it easy to clean all of it. A terrific set to own.

This was not the item I expected. I ordered a similar pump last year but lost the charger cord. This one does not come with a plugin charger but you have to have it plugged in to work. For Camping that is not Practical. So my husband will use it in his hobbies. Also it is not a powerful as the pump that came with the Eureka Air-mattress.

I have used this pump several times specifically to inflate and deflate our tube we use to pull the kids behind our Seadoos. Works great and has held up even though it has been wet and used in 100+ degree heat. Two months of use and it's still going strong. I have only used the cigarrette lighter power source. I have not tried the direct batter connections and probably won't since the the lighter source works fine.

I've owned this for a year now and it hasn't broken yet. We've never powered it using the battery of our car, only from the outlet. It's noisy, but fills up the coleman travel air mattress (the one you can fit in an suv) quickly. Also sucks air out very quickly too.

I used this pump once and it worked OK. On the second use it quit working and cannot be revived.

I bought this pump for blowing up my fishing tube float and with the attached hose it is quick and easy. You can use the battery clips or the accessory outlet in the car for power. I also bought the Coleman 12 Volt pump without the small hose for another location in case I forgot to bring one of them. With the included adapters it will blow up a lot of water toys or air mattresses.
