Lawn Mower / Tractor Cover - TaupeReviewsI ordered this for my John Deere 42" lawn tractor. I could not be more pleased. It was promptly shipped, well packaged, and well made. Best of all it fit perfectly. I'm stashing my Craftsman lawn tractor under my deck until I can get around to building a garden shed, so I wanted a cover that would keep any residual weather off it. I was a little worried I wouldn't find an aftermarket cover that would fit properly. This cover is perfect - it fits over the entire tractor right down over the tires to the ground. It has 2 air scoops at the back to let it breath as well. I have been using it now for about a month and am totally pleased. The cover seems to be well made, but it is very tailored and only fits one way. It is too small for my Kubota lawn tractor but when I lower the mowing deck to the lowest position on my Craftsman, it does, barely, fit. I ordered it for the Kubota but I'm keeping it for the Craftsman. I purchased this cover when I replaced my 15-yr-old John Deere riding mower with a new one. It's been six months since I got it, and so far I'm very happy with it. It fits the mower beautifully, holds tightly even on the windiest days, and keeps my mower clean and dry. Even though it's in the carport, dust, dirt and rain blow in, so this cover is the perfect solution. This is one of the best covers I have ever had (or seen). Great value for the money, too. Our grandson, the cutest boy in the 5 state area, loves to "mow" alongside of his parents. The realistic sound effects please him very much, and they are quiet enough to keep his parents sane! Learning Curve Brands John Deere - Power ClipperReviewsIt's very lightweight and is also short. It has "grass clippings" that move around in the clear blade. These are what makes the noise when the button is pushed, so the noise is not at all what a real hedge trimmer sounds like. But my son loves the pull start and I love that it doesn't need batteries so these benefits outweigh that. You have to pull the pull start several times to wind it up and then press the button to make it go. As someone who has played yard working with my son over and over and over I appreciate that it gives you something to do other than just pushing a button. Average Rating: |

NEW BRIGGS STARTER 14 TOOTH Steel Gear 693551, 693552ReviewsThis was a very good product for very little money. However they shipped this product to their company at my address, so I did not get it overnite. I ordered a starter from DB Electrical for my lawnmower. The first starter failed within 3 months. I contacted them and they sent another one out with instructions that if the second one failed to return both for a refund. The second one failed and so I returned both. They wrote back and said that since it had been a year since the first starter was purchased it was out of warranty, even though the second starter was only in service for 2-3 months. So now I am out the purchase price and the return shipping. Don't deal with these people their service and products are terrible!! Average Rating: |
