The Scarecrow Motion-Activated Sprinkler works very well, however, it would be nice to have more adjustment options. Mainly the angle up and down at which it sprays. I don't have a huge backyard but it's not that small either and I had a very hard time adjusting the sprinkler head to keep the spray from going over my back or side fences and into the neighbors yards. I finally got the adjustment just right (after a couple of hours of trying) by changing the angle that the spike was pounded into the ground (or rock in the case of yards here in Phoenix). Other than that, it works exactly how it is described and I would recommend it to friends and family.

When I bought this I was skeptical, but hopeful. I had a problem with my neighbors cat not only using my front yard as a litter box, but afterward it would scratch, like a dog, to cover it's business. And it returned frequently, which left very large patches of dead grass in my lawn. This took care of the problem in a humane way without causing discourse between neighbors. It takes a little adjusting to get it just the way you want it - spraying the cats but not everybody coming up the driveway - but overall a great product.

Had a huge problem last year with racoons pulling up new plants to get at slugs and worms in my garden. I swallowed the financial pill to deploy the Contech Scarecrow, and it did the trick for a while, but the racoons started to get even more clever about how they approached their target plants, they didn't seem to mind the soaking, and that part of my yard turned into a serious bog over the span of a week. This didn't make the plants too happy either! Finally gave up on the sprinkler and installed a FidoShock electric fence and have never had a problem since . . .

Next door is three big dogs that stays inside except about three times each day they let them out to do their business on the nearby lawns.Since I got my Scarecrow Motion-Activated Sprinkler and they do not get on my lawn any more.I have tried electronic motion sensers and they did not work.I think the Scarecrow Sprinkler is the best thing since sliced bread.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very durable. Brass connector, medal housing painted black, plastic window. Mine doesn't fill up with water when I use it so I'm assuming that if yours does, it has some sort of defect. Mine looks exactly like the picture.

I bought this Rain Bird P2A Water Pressure Gauge because I need to measure the water pressure in the house before deciding on various types of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtering system. If your water pressure is above 45 PSI, then you can buy a RO system without pressure pump, which is more costly. This water pressure gauge is great. I attached it to the faucet that normally connects to my washing machine's water inlet via a rubber hose. You must install the provided O-Ring correctly so that there will be no water leakage. There is no instruction on how to do this. You should tighten the gauge to the faucet using a wide-opening plier. If you get water inside the meter face, it is not normal. You should get it replaced. This does not happen to mine. As stated on the web page, this thing is NOT returnable because it is a closeout item.

Does what it says. No frills, no hassle. This was step 1 of DIY sprinkler install. So far, it's been the easiest step.

This pressure gauge is so handy. Works great and is a bargain. Don't waste your money on more expensive gauge.

Attaches to any regular outside spicket or your washing machine line. Seems to read ok, but I'm not 100% sure because I do not have anything to compare it too. I think it would be beneficial to have a professional with professional tools measure the pressure as well to ensure the most accurate reading. The one negative I have is that the gauge fills up with water under the glass. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if they are all that way, but I would think the water should not seep in like that.

This product has kept my plants nicely watered through five vacations to date, and seems set to make it through many more. It's simple to set up and utterly reliable. Just make sure that you confirm that the watering interval you choose is correct for your plants for a few days before you leave for vacation.

I bought this to use while we will be away and the set up was really easy. I have 20 plants wih sizes ranging from big to small. Distributes water evenly, the only problem 2 of my plants that were really small were getting too much water, so I took them out of the loop. I set this up about 6 weeks before leaving to see if it the water would last the 40 days as advertised. I have 2 more weeks to go before the 40 days are up but judging from the amount of water remaining it is right on target. Plants also look well and the soil is moist. Sure beats having to bring the plants to family and friends to care for while away. It does what is says!

The product worked well on the first 15 plants, but the last two plants appeared to receive no water and we dry. We were away for 7 days and I set the system for 10 days.

[...]. First of all there is no pump it is gravity feed. So if you were expecting electrically controlled consistent results well then you would be wrong in assuming that this can provide that. Second, the solenoid that runs off the 9v battery that's not included was broke out of the box. I work on small electronics for a living and this is just cheap shotty craftsmanship, the solenoid is the only piece of real value in this product and it costs about 5 bucks retail. I've been operating it manually by adjusting the flow by actually opening the valve to allow the water to flow but to do this with any kind of accuracy is damn near impossible without days of multiple experiments in the position of the solenoid in relation to the drip volume. Without the "electrically" controlled solenoid working you could build this for about 10 bucks at Lowes. Build it your self and avoid the frustration. This is GAR-BAGE`

ya this works just great for me. Came back from vacation and everything was just as if I had been there to water it all as usual.

I love this baby! Works like a charm and has multiple sprinkler nozzles! Like all impact heads, she does need some maintenance. But keep out the sodd and you find that it works just fine.

Easy to install, it took me about 20 minutes to understand how to program it. Comes with a helpful cd.

This has no "Rain Sensor", described in the description and no input for one. Just like every other timer you can add a external stand alone sensor from rainbird. Without a simple rain delay functionality, and a more difficult interface I would recommend the Orbit timers, unless you need the Fuse-less surge protection feature. Their rain features are much more intuitive.

This Irrigation Timer is a great asset to the Gardening World. It works Brilliantly and the garden never misses it daily supply of water

I agree with the other review, it's not the most intuitive to program. overall though, it was easy to install and works great after it's programmed. I think it's a great value for the price.

My major beef about this one is that it's a little hard to understand how to program. I had to reread the instructions several times and, finally, it worked! It appears to be doing a great job now and I like being able to group some of my sprinklers into the A program and others into the B.

My toddler loves playing with cups in the bath...these are perfect and adorable with the faces..

My 19 Mo old son LOVES this bath toy. They work well with his other bath toys and for some reason pouring water is just fascinating. Yes the water pours out of a couple of the holes quickly, but this is perfect for a toddler's attention span. They seem very durable and double as hair rinsers for us. The fact that they are cute makes them even better.

This bath toy is fun. My 18 month old really likes it (in and out of the tub)

I was hoping for a bath cup that would slowly let out water or do it in different ways. Well, they do it in different ways, but the holes are so big in all but one that the water is gone quickly. They are fun for my 14 month old for a little while, but then he moves on to other bath toys, or just the cup I have in the tub. If the holes were smaller, it would be great. Also, the yellow one has a whole in the bottom, so the hole for the mouth is useless because by the time you get it filled and turned to pour out, most of the water has gone out the bottom. Actually, thinking about it, they may work really well in a sand box with dry sand.

My 17 month old really likes these. The only complaint is that the drain holes are too big so the water comes out a too fast.

I order this right before christmas since my three year old requested santa claus bring her binoculars. this is exactly what i was looking for in color and shape. she uses it all the time and can't wait for it to be spring so she can look into the sky. You just got love melissa and doug toys!

These binoculars are great! They are just the right size for little eyes and are adjustable just like adult binoculars. The quality of the lens is good and it magnifies very well. My 2 and a hlaf year old daughter loves them and likes to take them everywhere with her. My one concern with the product is that the string to put them around your neck is short and my daughter struggles with it sometimes. It could be a safety hazzard in younger children as well.

Our six year old grand-daughter is a big-time bird watchin fool, and she loves having binocs she can hold in her little hands instead of our larger, heavier set. The magification is surprisingly good, and they were priced right!

We purchased the binoculars for our twin four-year-old granddaughters as one of their Christmas gifts. They were thrilled to have binoculars of their own and not have to worry about breaking ours , and they loved the design. We were concerned because the packaging had been opened on each pair, but they seemed to be okay. The magnification is perfect for children. The girls were excited they could see birds and other animals with them that they wouldn't be able to see otherwise.

My daughter had been asking for binoculars for quite awhile. I made them a gift from Santa for Christmas. She loves them.

I'm glad it's larger than those small cans that hardly hold any water, now my kids can water a lot without refilling all the time. Oh and it's sturdy too.

i love that i bought this for my 5 year old daughter. it is bigger than your standard children's watering can, but still light enough to carry with water.

My 2yr old daughter has the entire outdoor collection by Melissa and Doug. Its all so cute, so well constructed and well designed! My daughter uses this everyday when she is with her Grandma. They go around the gardens watering. :-) Its sturdy, has an easy to hold handle and a large water capacity. It is just the right size!

The book represents a powerful opportunity to understand those basic concepts that characterize water based fire suppression systems. Chapters are very well written and plenty of examples which represents an helpful tool to gain a deeper understanding. For those whose have deep knowledge in the subject area already, I do advice to get the book anyway. It is essential for a good personal collection.

it is a really powerful tool for everyone that wants to enter the fire sprinkler bussiness.I always recomend it and actually i am trying to by a copy.

I bought this sprinkler toy after I had already a purchased a spinning Sponge Bob sprinkler head. My son did not like the spinning toy at all. The turtle stays put and sprays water up and out. My 18 month old loves running through and playing with this on the lawn. Even when he's not playing, he just likes to watch it spray the lawn. I had read that it was hard to attach to the sprinkler head, but I have had no problems whatsoever getting it on or taking it back off. Its also been dropped on the cement several times and hasn't gotten a dent yet. Love this!!!

Fantastic product! Bought one for my daughter and one for the daycare center and they get lots of use!

Purchased for my wife. She originally bought this system from Lowes for her Garden, and loved how well it works.When she expanded her Garden she needed another system, but Lowes was out of them, so i ordered from Amazon.She wouldn't settle for any other Brand or system. She feels it's the best system available,especially for the price. Jim M.

Raindrip Low-Flow Sprinkler Kit #R547DP DID NOT include instructions inside the package. Instructions printed on the box were covered by the shipping label. When the label was removed, the instructions were not readable. A search of the shippers website presented the instructions in PDF format. However, this was a picture of the instructions on the box and it was blurry (again not readable).

I am a University of Florida master gardener and have experience using the microirrigation system at our county extension demonstration gardens. I have been wanting to do my own flower beds at home but just couldn't seem to get started. This system was a perfect starter setup that I can easily add on to at any time. The instruction were very helpful as far as layout and design. Even without the experience I feel as though anyone could set up this system. Sue

I have not had an opportunity to use the sprinkler system as it will not be set up until next spring. I have used three Raindrip drip systems this last summer and I am very satisfied with the Raindrip product. That is the reason I bought the sprinkler system.
